Hey everyone!   I missed you all on Saturday!

In case any of you are looking for something to do Thursday, I'll be playing some improv-driven music live from 5-8 at the Phillips Collection in Dupont circle as part of their Phillips After 5 Happy Hour.    Nine Strings plus Winds will be doing 3 sets over the course of the evening and I'd love to see you there!

5–8:30 pm	Phillips After 5
		Wine Tasting: Bubbles, Fizzies, and Fun Best Cellars wine will offer a sample tasting of three sparklers: champagne, prosecco, and cidre bouché. Swirl, sip, and socialize at the Phillips.
	5-8 pm	MUSIC: Nine Strings and Wind The electro-acoustic improvisations of Nine Strings and Wind use contemporary compositional methods to create soundscapes out of melody, texture, and technology.  Tonight the ensemble will perform two sets of original music inspired by Richard Diebenkorn’s New Mexico paintings.
