With my recent demise of and now newly acquired cell phone, I've managed to lose pretty much all of my contact info (it was backed up, but not in a friendly format for switching phones).

     Name (well, ok, I can infer this one)
     Address
     preferred email (if it's not the one you're sending from)
     Cell/home/work phone number
     Birthday!
